How to book tickets: Please select the tickets required, then on the following screen you will re-select the total number of visitors before choosing the date and time you would like to visit.
How to book a FREE return visit as an Annual Passholder: Select the Annual Passholder ticket option. Please make sure you include all members of your group.
Essential carers do not need to book in advance, but should bring proof of status on the day of your visit. Under 3's are free and do not need to be pre-booked.
Please note, our tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer your tickets to a new date and timeslot. Your booking is held in our system, and your Annual Pass(es) will not be activated until you make your first physical visit to us.
