For visits during the week at term-time, you don’t need to pre-book.If you are visiting on a weekend, bank holiday or during school holidays, we would highly recommend pre-booking to secure your entry.
Please use the Existing Annual Pass Holders link to book your next free return visit.
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a scannable QR code, which will be exchanged for your ticket at reception on the day of your visit. Please present this email on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, show this email on your device.
We ask everyone to try and keep as close to their booked timeslot as possible. This helps control the flow and number of people throughout the aquarium, particularly during peak times. Visitors have a 30-minute window in which to arrive. For example, if you booked the 11am timeslot, you could arrive anywhere between 11am and 11:30am. If you are running later than this, please do not worry. Just arrive safely and we will honour your booking.
Essential Carers are free and do not need to be pre-booked. Please ensure you bring along proof on the day of your visit just in case of any random spot checks.
Under 3's are free and do not need to be pre-booked.
During peak times such as school holidays and weekends, timeslots can become sold out or have insufficient spaces for you to book onto. Please try selecting a different timeslot that has availability.
The Deep is open 10am-6pm (last entry 5pm) every day, except from the 24th and 25th December.
Please don't worry, we do not need to see the original ticket. On your next visit, please provide your name and postcode to our Reception team, who will then be able to locate your pass on our system and print new tickets.
Our tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer your tickets to a new date and timeslot. Your booking is held in our system and your Annual Pass(es) will not be activated until you make your first physical visit to us.
