How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number which will be exchanged for your ticket at reception on the day of your visit. Please present this email on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, show this email on your device.

Do you issue refunds?

Yes. Please call us on 01482 381000 to arrange a refund should it be required (Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm). Cancellations cannot be accepted with less than 24 hours’ notice. Should you wish to cancel before this time a full refund will be given. The Deep complies fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Should you not be happy with any goods purchased from us, please get in touch. 
 

Should any single part of this event be cancelled, a partial refund will be given.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. The building is fully accessible. Wheelchairs and walking aids are available to hire free of charge from reception.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

Santa Special tickets can only be purchased online (including entry, a visit to see Santa and small gift, free parking and ride on the Hull land train). These must be purchased in advance. Standard admission to The Deep will still be available on the day. Normal charges apply.

Please note that tickets bought for the Santa Special are for the chosen train only. Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount including The Deep’s Day Plus Pass Scheme. Tickets cannot be transferred to any other train journey.

Ticket information

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A family of 4 must be made up of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children/concessions. A family of 5 must be made up of a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children/concessions
